Built by a Coach. Inspired by Experience.
“Growing up, I experienced firsthand how difficult the recruiting process could be. When I was in high school, we didn’t have a recruiting coordinator helping us navigate the process. We had to reach out to college coaches ourselves, send our own film, and figure out which schools might be interested.
Looking back, I realized how many talented athletes could miss out on opportunities simply because they didn’t have the right guidance, resources, or connections.
Years later, when I became a coach at Hopkins High School, I wanted to change that. I helped establish the Recruiting Coordinator position because I believed our athletes deserved someone who would advocate for them, build relationships with college programs, and help them find opportunities beyond high school.
And we’ve seen success doing exactly that.
That experience inspired me to take things even further and create NXTLVL Prospects.
I’ve always believed there’s a place for everybody. Not every athlete is going to play Division I football, and that’s okay. Whether it’s Division I, Division II, Division III, NAIA, or JUCO, every level offers an opportunity to continue your education, compete, and pursue your dreams.
I wanted to build a platform that gives athletes and families the tools to take control of their recruiting journey. A place to showcase their talent, discover schools that fit them academically and athletically, and get their information in front of college coaches.
NXTLVL Prospects isn’t about promising scholarships or guaranteeing offers. It’s about creating opportunities, providing guidance, and helping athletes get the exposure they deserve.
Because I know what it’s like to be that kid trying to figure it all out on your own.
And I believe every athlete deserves a chance to be seen.
